Review content:
I went into see Dr. Ross last year and purchased a pair of glasses through my vision plan. I was immediately dissatisfied with the quality of the frames and quickly found out that this vision center does not care about customer satisfaction. I called to speak with my doctor and was told that they did not want to speak with me and that there was nothing I could do about the glasses I had recieved. I also e-mailed their offices and did not recieve a response. I cannot wear the glasses and have had to get my old frames fitted with new lenses through lens crafters. I was also told that I would have to pay $25 extra to have my prescription for contact lenses. This is not the case for other clinics. All in all I have spent over $200 and I am wearing my old glasses.
