The most positive thing about this office is Dr. Watanabe. She is thorough and very pleasant. The same cannot be said of the staff. Dr. Watanabe finally fitted me with proper contacts after a year of going around in circles with their ""contact specialist"". Not only is she poorly trained, but she has been confrontational and argumentative with me on several occasions. This office could benefit from some customer service counseling. Today was my last trip to this office.
