I found this limousine company online and wasn't to sure if I had made the right choice after reading some reviews I found but their prices were very good so I decided to give them a shot. I went in person to view the vehicles and place my deposit and let me tell you, the vehicles were very nice especially for the prices! They showed up on time and serviced my wedding, in fact they showed up 20 minutes early which was great because we started a little bit early. There was ice cold champagne waiting for us in the limousine when we got out of the ceremony and the driver took very well care of us. I was impressed with the service and vehicles especially because we were on such a budget. 5 stars!!! more

so happy I found this company. I called Melissa last minute to book a limousine for my daughters 21st birthday. she went above and beyond to make sure the limo showed up (within the hour) the limousine we got was the Grand Prix limousine. It was a very cool car. While driving down the road people were taking pictures of the car everywhere we went. There was a beautiful glitter in the paint job and very cool race car effect. I can't tell you how impressed I was. I thought ordering a limousine off the internet that I would get some piece of junk with the hub caps missing, but this car was immaculate and very exotic. I rented this limo service for my son's prom. The day after deposit I was forwarded a picture of the Grand Prix "Exotic" limo. I called & spoke with Melissa telling her that we did not want this limo & after some conversation about why we didn't vs why she thought we might like it, she all of a sudden stated "oh I'm sorry, I do have you booked for the Lincoln. That pic I was sending to another customer who wanted to see it" So I was told we would get the Lincoln. Day of prom, at the appointed time, the driver shows up and it's the Grand Prix. I immediately call the office and was told by Melissa that the air conditioning on the Lincoln wasn't working well and so they "upgraded" us to the Grand Prix but if we didn't want it (snarky) she would just call the driver back. This an hour before the start of prom. After some horrible customer service & my statements to that affect & my telling her that I felt duped because had they called me earlier, I could have made a decision in enough time to try to find other transportation. She then stated that she could drive the Lincoln there (45 min wait) but that once she got there, they had to use the Lincoln and couldn't choose what we thought the better of the 2 was. A coworker of mine also booked for her daughter's prom 2 weeks after. I called her to let her know what happened, she said she'd wait to see if she got the Lincoln as requested. Sure enough, she called me to tell me she got the ugly, loud Grand Prix (inside is nice) outside not so with the tint peeling to name a few. But her daughter was ok with it she wouldn't complain. The reason I gave them any star at all is b/c the driver was very professional and tried to smooth things over. I would NEVER use them again and don't recommend anyone else do so. There is a reason why they are cheap. Also Melissa is fine when you book but very smart allickey and mean if you have an issue with NO offer of compensation b/c she knows u are over a barrel. STEAR CLEAR!! more

If there were 6 stars I would of given them 6.. Our driver Don was awesome, on time, clean limo, professional... We had a very loud group. Driver was on time, professional and very kind and respectful. Needless to say we booked last minute and Office personal went over and beyond what I would of expected> Thanks Rockstar, you made our evening fabulous!! Robin more

Reserved a stretch navigator for a bachelorette party. Limo driver drive us to a gay bar in Akron and dropped us off. When we went back out to look for the driver, they were nowhere to be found. We called several times with no response. Apparantly he had to go pick up a wedding party but never returned. We had to scramble for rides and the owner, Melissa was not sympathetic at all. She claims to have sent a partial refund, but it still hasn't shown up. We should have received a full refund. What a joke of a company- do not use them for any occassion that you want to be special- they will ruin it!!!! more

Good: There was nothing to like. Terrible service!. Bad: Bait and switch! We reserved (With Down Payment) their Excursion 20 person limo. What showed up on my wedding day was 2 early 90s Lincoln limos. The temp was 99+ out and neither of the limos had air. They were falling apart and the door didn’t stay shut (my new wife nearly fell out). I caught the drivers getting high in the parking lot while I was having pictures taken and one of the bridesmaids got heat stroke from the limo ride.. Improvements: When we called to complaint the owner (Melissa Calton) was ignorant and told us we were lucky she sent anything at all. We asked for a partial refund and she laughed at us and hung up. We reported them to the BBB and they ignored the complaint.. Other: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!. more

Limo driver unprofessional, argued w/me about not having ice, was in trunk. Ice did not fill bar in Limo or additional cooler in trunk. Driver passed many stops on NYE so took longer to get to place. Had to prepay Tip and once complained said they had problems w/driver before would not reimburse any Tip. Lady in office very rude & uncaring. Also lady said we had driver go to places that werent on initial itinerary. Last I knew a Limo was to take u wherever u want to go. We didnt even go to a place she said. Will never use again. Disaster on NYE more
