Good: There was nothing to like. Terrible service!. Bad: Bait and switch! We reserved (With Down Payment) their Excursion 20 person limo. What showed up on my wedding day was 2 early 90s Lincoln limos. The temp was 99+ out and neither of the limos had air. They were falling apart and the door didn’t stay shut (my new wife nearly fell out). I caught the drivers getting high in the parking lot while I was having pictures taken and one of the bridesmaids got heat stroke from the limo ride.. Improvements: When we called to complaint the owner (Melissa Calton) was ignorant and told us we were lucky she sent anything at all. We asked for a partial refund and she laughed at us and hung up. We reported them to the BBB and they ignored the complaint.. Other: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!.
