Reserved a stretch navigator for a bachelorette party. Limo driver drive us to a gay bar in Akron and dropped us off. When we went back out to look for the driver, they were nowhere to be found. We called several times with no response. Apparantly he had to go pick up a wedding party but never returned. We had to scramble for rides and the owner, Melissa was not sympathetic at all. She claims to have sent a partial refund, but it still hasn't shown up. We should have received a full refund. What a joke of a company- do not use them for any occassion that you want to be special- they will ruin it!!!!
