The whole process went smoothly 7/25/2016

The Law Office of Robert Peters was very good and very professional through the whole process. The people we met with were courteous, very informed and very helpful--they made it a very non-painstaking process. They were just very informative and, if I had any questions, they got back to me right away. Their responses were quick and everything was just handled very well. I expected it to be a very complicated process, but it was not. more

All the work was done through his assistant 5/19/2016

We paid a certain amount to hire Robert Peters and we never saw him again. We did everything with his assistant, and we could have hired a paralegal for cheaper. As an attorney he was fine, like when we met him in the interview, but that was the last we saw of him. Even the phone calls were with his assistant. more

Robert did a great job handling some financial stuff for us. He was very timely with everything and always kept us informed. It was a stressful situation handled with care and I appreciated all of that. The staff were all very good as well. This was the first time we had used them, and we would use them again if we needed a similar service. more

I found The Law Offices of Robert Peters online and I'm very glad I chose them to help me with my foreclosure bankruptcy. They knew what they were doing and responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. Michelle, Robert's TA, was fantastic and helped me tremendously. The process was a lot easier than expected and they handled things well. I'm very satisfied with my experience and they made my life a whole lot easier. more

We had a good experience 4/8/2016

We were having some issues and the guys over at The Law Offices of Robert Peters really made getting all of those issues resolved really easy. The people we worked with were very friendly and you could tell they were on your side. Everything went so smoothly and turned out well with no issues that we are just so happy. These guys made something that could have been horrible be a very good experience. We would definitely recommend them. more

Great help in a trying time 4/6/2016

Mr. peters and his staff was extremely helpful and excellent at calming my nerves during this trying time. My only complaint is that due to having multiple offices it can be difficult to reach him or his assistant via the phone, but doing the bulk of my business through E-mail fixed that perfectly. Overall, I would rate the assistance I received very highly, and would recommend to anyone in the area they seek him out if they need his services. more

Robert Peters is here to help 2/2/2016

We were supposed to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy so we went to Robert Peters, Attorney. Robert Peters got all of our info together, crunched the numbers, and let us know when it was the best possible time to file. Robert handled everything professionally and really helped us out of a sticky situation. If you need to file for bankruptcy, make sure that's what you really need to do and make sure you have the money to do it because it's a big deal and not something you can fix overnight. You need someone like Robert Peters to handle a financial burden like this because he knows what he's doing and will help you out of it. I would use him again, but hopefully I don't have to. more

Robert Peters is excellent. He's very patient, people driven, and he values your time. He's helped me with a whole bunch of legal things and he's very passionate about his job and the people he works for. You can tell he wants to help you and is trying to get you to a place you need instead of just taxing you. He's very informative and has excellent communication skills, I have enjoyed my experience with Robert Peters and I recommend him to anyone! more

Wonderful firm 12/15/2015

I was desperate for help when I found Mr. Peters. He jumped right on my case and within 24 hours had filed two motions and taken over my bankruptcy which was a complete mess! He has stayed in touch with me calling and emailing. I've known everything going on and he personally made sure I was kept up to date! This man is phenomenal! more

I used Robert Peters, Attorney when I filed for bankruptcy and the only thing we had issues with was communication, just getting back. It usually took him a while to get back to me. That was the first we filed for bankruptcy, so, as far as I know everything was fine. I would go back to his office if I ever needed legal advice again. more

I had done a web search to find help, and decided to hire Robert Peters. We had a very simple case that we needed assistance with. The response was pretty prompt, and they would return all of our communication within 24 hours. The advice and information we got was helpful. He answered all of our questions and kept us updated and informed throughout the process. He did what he said he would, by the time he said he would. He got me the outcome I wanted. more

Working with Robert Peters, Attorney's office was an excellent experience. They made the bankruptcy process very easy. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand, and the situation was straightforward. Whenever I called someone was always available or quick to respond. The entire process was completed in less than a month- very quick! I was very pleased with the service they gave me. They were really good, and definitely worth the price. They provided me with such relief. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Did what they were supposed to do. 10/8/2015

My wife and i had talked to Robert Peters, Attorney about 2.5 years ago about doing a bankruptcy. We paid almost whole fee, but things changed and we stopped the process, but had to go back. The second time, we paid the same amount as the first plus more. I think we talked to the attorney maybe once during the whole thing, everything else was through his paralegal, who was on top of everything until the end. When we went in front of the arbitrator, Mr. Peters didn't show up but sent a substitute, which we didn't expect. The bankruptcy was successfully discharged but I feel like we didn't get as much attention as we expected, which was frustrating throughout. They did do a good job, though, and did what they were supposed to, it was an emergency that they handled well overall. more
