I was terrified that I even had to consider bankruptcy, but Mr. Peters and his staff were totally amazing!!! They discussed everything so we could understand it and were always there when we had questions. Then came the day we went to court, we were so nervous, but we met with Mr. Peters prior to sitting down and he reassurred us and made us feel good about the decision we had made. Thanks to each one of you for making this difficult time in our lives a little less stressful for us both! more

Services Provided 8/20/2012

I went to attorney Roberts Peters to process my uncontested divorce and found him and his associates to be very professional and responsive. He explained the entire process to me and, at my request, conducted the inital consultation via phone. I never spent any unnecessary gas traveling to his offices. I processed the entire thing via email and mail until the date when the final court hearing rolled around. During a time of such heavy turmoil, it is refreshing to have a responsive and educated staff to help walk you through the process and guide you. more

I recently used the services of the Robert Peters Law firm and I am glad to write this review about my experience. I did extensive research online to pick the firm that would handle my bankruptcy case and Robert Peters stood up as my best choice. I initially contacted them online with general info on my case and was scheduled for a meeting with Mr Peters. I was explained my options and important deadlines. I was provided with plenty information about Bankruptcy so I could better understand my situation. I must say, I was impressed by the way Linda helped me get all the required documents to proceed with my case. The firm staff is knowledgeable, professional and caring. I was notified of my case progress along the way and felt that the firm was looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of a legal counseling. Very effective and helpfull 7/31/2012

Mr. Peters and his staff handled my bankruptcy and wage garnishment problem. They were able to stop the garnishment immediately. The banruptcy went very smoothly with no problems. I have recommended Mr. Peters and his staff to many people and will continue to do so. more

I have to say the thought of filing bankruptcy was a very difficult decision to make. Robert Peters made an unpleasant situation easier to deal with. His staff is very pleasant and on top of things. Michelle was so helpful and kept in contact with us to let us know what was happening and when. I would highly recommend this company! more

Robert Peters and Associates 6/15/2012

My name is Sue,(to family and friends),my first name is Velma. I'm writing this review to sing the praises of Mr. Peters' law firm. I am pushing half-a-hundred years old,(Ha, Ha!), and I have had unfortunate cause to deal with many lawyers in various instances, no suits on my behalf, mundane issues but important to me nevertheless. But I digress. The point is that this is the first time that I've encountered an honest lawyer. I mean HONEST lawyer! And Mr. Peters has a sixth sense when scouting out associates with the same character and honesty in him that he admires in others. I've been blessed to become a client of his. I've mainly dealt with Mr. Peters, Michelle @ fernandina and Linda @ downtown offices. My needs have been met with the utmost professionalism, but best of all with kindness, compassion and a few very welcomed prayers. Mr. Peters and his paralegal Michelle were very professional and caring in handling my case. They made sure that understood everything before, during, and after I went to court. Mr. Peters spoke with me privately before the meeting with the creditors and reassured me that everything would be fine, and it was. He was prepared and the case went well. He is a great attorney, who cares about what his clients are going through. He and Michelle always answered my e-mails and my phone calls, and responded to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Mr. Robert Peters as an excellent attorney. more
