We were supposed to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy so we went to Robert Peters, Attorney. Robert Peters got all of our info together, crunched the numbers, and let us know when it was the best possible time to file. Robert handled everything professionally and really helped us out of a sticky situation. If you need to file for bankruptcy, make sure that's what you really need to do and make sure you have the money to do it because it's a big deal and not something you can fix overnight. You need someone like Robert Peters to handle a financial burden like this because he knows what he's doing and will help you out of it. I would use him again, but hopefully I don't have to.
