Every time I needed help Robert Peters and his staff were always willing to help. I didn't feel like I was just a number. The whole staff seemed really friendly. The only person I really talked to was his paralegal. She was really nice. Whenever I emailed or called, she always responded really quickly. He just did a good job for me and was really nice. more

My experience with Robert Peters, Attorney has been very professional. I left a message on his 1-800 number, and he personally gave me a call back, even though it was during the weekend. I liked his background, and he explained everything to me thoroughly. The whole process was smooth and handled very quickly. His paralegals were phenomenal. I really appreciated their efforts. I would definitely recommend The Law Offices of Robert Peters. It was top-notch all the way through. It was smooth and they handled everything. We gave them the info they asked for, he explained everything, and he was in court with me. He talked to us before, during, and after. He answered all our questions, even ones on a different subject. Robert was very professional. You can tell that he's very knowledgeable and has been doing this a long time. We didn't have any headaches or hiccups or nothing. Handled my bankruptcy with ease from beginning to end. 6/12/2013

I had to file bankruptcy. The Law Offices of Robert Peters gave me the best advice and did it in the most efficient way. My situation was not extremely complicated but it wasn't simple either. They knew exactly where it was going. Linda stayed on top of everything and on top of me to make sure we met every deadline and filed everything. It was all very well done. more

The Law Offices of Robert Peters helped us file bankruptcy. I thought that they handled everything well and in a quick and timely manner. They worked with my wife and I to make sure our paperwork was correct and that we got it within the deadline to qualify. They had good customer service and were both responsive and understanding. Nobody every wants to really go to a lawyer, but, I have to say that Robert and his staff were really outstanding! Not only are they efficient but that actually cared about me and my situation on a more personal level making me feel like I'm not just any old client! Robert went out of his way to try and help me on the spot! Not only did he spend extra time with me about my case but made sure to make a personal connection with me and I feel as we are old friends. Also, his staff is AWESOME! They took a lot of time to go through the paperwork with me and listen to my situation and guide me in the right direction! Excellent responsiveness, advice and results! 3/3/2013

As everyone may guess, going through a bankruptcy situation is a very stressfull event with a lot of unknowns. Robert Peters and Paralegal Linda Card were excellent on walking through the process step by step. They were able to predict the strategy of the Trustee and give the proper advice on how to proceed at each different turn of events through out my case. One important piece of advice given at the very first meeting with Robert and Linda was to remain calm and not to panic and that's exactly what I tried to do. Remember that for every decision or move that the Trustee makes through the Court, you have plenty of time to evaluate it with Robert and Linda and come up with the best counter move that hopefully results in what your trying to achieve in your particular case and situation. Nothing happens fast without you being able to prepare for it in the best way. With Robert's and Linda's help my case turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I was able to discharge a significant amount of credit card debt and medical bills without losing my house or personal property. I highly recommend Robert Peters and Linda Card. more
