The bike is awesome and the price was good, however customer service was the worst experience ever. The salesman, Rick, did not return calls or send additional photos as requested...

So two or three years ago we bought a bike. Thought...such a big place, great selection, but what about service after the sale? Last year, we put on tired I bought elsewhere. No problem. Today when I realized I punctured my oil filter and was stranded. These guys came to my rescue. Fantastic folks and what service!! more

RT&T made my experience with purchasing the bike I always wanted a breeze. As busy as things were, Tom checked on us, Matt got through the process smoothly and it was even cool that I got a full walk around and the guys put it on my trailer.
