I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years and the customer service seems to get worse and worse with Road Track and Trail being the exception. There are plenty of people there to help you and they do not push you into buying something. They want to make sure they get you into something that you want. I was there on a Saturday morning and there was a lot of customers there, but they had plenty of staff there to help me when I needed help.I ended up buying a left over sled knowing the price couldn't be beat. Above and beyond that, I accidentally left my coat there and they shipped it back to me for free! Awesome. more

7 years I've been going here & 3 motorcycles later.. I have reffered this place to every friend I know and the customer service staff is just out of this world and they really care of the motorcycles and give them him once over when they come in. I never got a lemon yet.. and I don't think I ever will. They also give decent price on your trade-in. My brother just bought a Harley Davidson from them and he got a good price on it. I hope they never go away. Best dealership experience I've ever had. Thanks guys. more
