The bike is awesome and the price was good, however customer service was the worst experience ever. The salesman, Rick, did not return calls or send additional photos as requested. The gentleman that did the financing, Brian, also did not return calls or get us the title and financing information in a timely manner. In fact we received a letter when the financing info was MIA saying that they made our first bike payment for us like it was some big favor when in reality it was an oversight on their part. The late title work was also blamed on the holidays when we purchased the bike in November. The only reason we went through with the sale is because we wanted a specific bike and it was hard to find. This was not a tough sale for them. We did not haggle or even come to the showroom since we were out-of-state. We basically called and said we want this bike here is the money. I would not buy from them again. They do not meet the needs of out of state customers well. We don't need our hand held and this was not our first time at the rodeo, but some communication would have been nice. The only time people at RTT communicated with us was when we contacted them. Perhaps it is better when you can physically be there, but I doubt it. Out-of-state buyers beware.
