Was not impressed. 1/10/2010

Good: selection was fair. Bad: ridiculous prices, pressure to sell their items, lack of respect for the customer. Improvements: Their sales people need to learn how to let the customer decide for themselves what they want, instead of speaking rudely and forcing them to buy items. Was not at all impressed with the service provided. Will not go back there again.. more

Deceiving tactics 5/6/2008

They tell you inflated prices and then give you discount of 400$. When you come home, you realize that they cheat that way by not giving you a chance to bargain. Also, the lady was offensive. Stay away or regret. more

Regal Jewels' show room is flashy, and so is the sales process. *** The AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE IS HORRIBLE *** Even the friendliest sales girl goes back on her words after sales, and will hang up on you if she does not want to talk to you. The most important thing that you need in an expensive purchase like jewelery is trust worthy merchant who will back up their product with courtesy and pride. THE GUYS ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY. Regal Jewels has the most beautiful and unique designs of jewelry. Their prices are reasonable as well. Also, they have many different types of jewelry for brides. There store is also very pretty from the inside and it is set up differently than other jewelers. The employees are very nice too. more
