Thorough and knowledgeable service for my 911 SC. Monty is the go to guy on the eastside for older Porsches.

They worked on my wives Mini, the price was good so when the belt threw in my BMW I took that to them. The belt took out the crank seal and they didn't have the tool on hand to re...

They fit me in quickly and did a thorough job. No complaints. 3/21/2014

Great service reasonable rate 3/19/2014

Our check engine light was on. They found the problem, fixed it and we were back on the road. We also had them do the oil service where they conducted a thorough review of the car. At no extra cost they replaced two light bulbs we hadn't noticed were burned out. more

Amazing service! 3/14/2014

I've been here before for a fan clutch and some other small maintenance. The fan clutch ended up being faulty and after 6 months I returned with a lean reading on both banks and the mechanic not only remembered the fan clutch being faulty after 6 months, he saved the torn part that was causing the lean reading and showed them to me. When I took my car to firestone just for diagnostics they quoted me at $1100 just for parts; after the diagnostics at Redmond European I was quoted at just under $900 for everything firestone quoted me on and I got even more repaired more

Paid for something I didn't get. 3/12/2014

Have always been happy with the service. When I came in this time I specifically told them that we weren't diagnosing the AC issue b3causr I had already fixes it, yet significant time was put to that and it seems I was charged for the time and the clearing of the problem codes in the ECU, which as your techs know, I can do myself. I feel I was way over charged and taken advantage of. I can only think that things weren't communicated by your new service writer guy which I pointed out to him and was given a blank look. Everyone was nice as usual. more

Honest work and reasonable prices 3/4/2014

Every time I've gone to Redmond European they've taken great care of my Audi for far less than the dealer. Even when more things need fixing than I'd hope, they're honest about what needs to be done and what's less urgent. more

I've taken my 2005 MINI Cooper S here a few times now. The staff are always honest in their evaluation of work that needs to be done and its done at a fair price. One time, they didn't even charge me for a minor repair more

Stand by their repairs 12/19/2013

Had the clutch slave and hydraulic accumulator replaced on my 911 in June. Noticed the same leak in November. Redmond European investigated and found the newly replaced parts to be faulty. Ordered replacement new parts and installed again. Things have been perfect since. No hassles from them, they stood by their repairs and replaced things free of charge. (eating their shop labor due to faulty original Porsche parts). more

the best place for VWs on the eastside 11/21/2013

I have three Volkswagens that go in for service here and they treat each of them with the respect that they deserve. It's a little pricey, but any German automotive place is going to be. Redmond Euro is always willing to make time for my cars and always finds and repairs the issues in a timely and efficient manor. The most important thing to me is that they treat their customers and their cars right. Any repair made here by one of their technicians is a great investment in my opinion. more

Whenever I have to go there for an issue, I never feel I'm being gouged . The prices are in line with other shops, but the work quality does seem better than others. I highly recomend them more

Using your experience vs a scanner 10/15/2013

Mechanics used to look at the car and tell you about the car, Redmond European seems to be trending towards just telling me what's on the scanner... But computers only do so much. Would like to see more mechanical expertise & less reliance on computer scanners for whats wrong. That being said they still do a great job with my car but you guys can do better. more

This is the 3rd time I have been to Redmond European to have my out-of-warranty Audi serviced. I am always very pleased with their honesty and quality of service. Prior to my first visit, I had heard they were the "shop to go to" when my Audi or VW was out of warranty and I am very pleased with my choice. more

Inspection II for BMW 9/25/2013

Inspection II is the big scheduled service for BMW, and Redmond European performed it superbly. I had special instructions for several of the items, plus I provided some of the parts that I am particular about, and they were extremely accommodating. I enjoy talking with Carl and Monte about cars and racing. I highly recommend this shop for those who appreciate the performance capabilities of their sport sedans and sport cars. more

Always a pleasant experience 9/10/2013

As always, the people are professional and courteous. Very knowledge and honest. Repair cost seems fair and reasonable. Not that I look forward to taking my car to the shop. But if I must, this is the place I would rather go to. more
