Have always been happy with the service. When I came in this time I specifically told them that we weren't diagnosing the AC issue b3causr I had already fixes it, yet significant time was put to that and it seems I was charged for the time and the clearing of the problem codes in the ECU, which as your techs know, I can do myself. I feel I was way over charged and taken advantage of. I can only think that things weren't communicated by your new service writer guy which I pointed out to him and was given a blank look. Everyone was nice as usual.
