They worked on my wives Mini, the price was good so when the belt threw in my BMW I took that to them. The belt took out the crank seal and they didn't have the tool on hand to re...

Honest, nice and helpful crew 3/6/2013

Justin was very nice and honest when I asked about my car and potential issues. The service was done on time and they identified small leaks but were not pushy with respect to getting it done immediately. more

Excellent service. Campbell Nelson failed me again. RE did not. My exhaust smell in the car interior is no longer. It did smell like fuel for a couple of days (???), but that dissapated and all is well. One small issue is there is a small knocking noise that was not there before. I'll bring it back in if that does not settle down and go away. more

New to the area, new to owning Audi. Redmond European came highly recommended by Eastside's best-reviewed independent Subaru mechanic. Redmond European was great with scheduling, with communication, with sorting the issues with our newly purchased used Audi, with repairs, and with taking time to explain the sorts of things Audi owners need to know and pay attention to. more

Absolutely Excellent 3/17/2011

Redmond European has kept my older(1997) BMW running as new for the last few years. Price is reasonable and customere service superb! I recently moved 80 miles away, but will always take my BMW(or any other car they service) there. more

A Professional Group 3/11/2011

Just made a trip across the country to a home with no garage. I needed a place that is meticulous with my car like I am to service it while I can't. Redmond European is the place. Professional, very thorough, clean work done properly. They also debugged an ecu coding issue the car had at no extra cost. more

I trust Redmond European to do what needs to be done to keep my VW Beetle in good shape for many years. They do quality work, give me a ride to and from home or work, are always available when I call for service, and do just what needs to be done, not trying to talk me into more work that may not be needed right now. more

Thank god for Redmond European. They always go above and beyond. I'm an ex mechanic and know a great shop when i see it. I am quite pleased with their job performance 3/7/2011

I came in to get the transmission of my car fixed and serviced. Justin went above and beyond in helping me. He initiated a claim with the extended warranty and explained the work that needed to be done in my car. In addition, he helped negotiating the cost of repair to them to make sure I did not have to pay lots of money. Its very pleasant experience and would recommend this place to others. more

Redmond Euro 3/2/2011

Redmond Euro is the only place I would trust with my Audi. They have very competitive prices. They are in business for exactly what you need them for, fixing your car. . They have offered me shuttle service to my office and allowed for after hours pick up of my car If this speaks to anything they do, I live 40 miles away and it not always easy to get to them from Lake Stevens; However what Justin and crew do for me each and every time will continue win my business and referrals. Two thumbs up from me. more

Excellent service - great prices - staff knew what they were doing! 3/2/2011

Have brought my Porsche and Audi to them for over two years. Always great service and price can't be beat anywhere. The owner is hands on and his service writer is well informed and will go the extra mile. Techs are always careful with my cars - Can't say enough about this place. It was recommended to me by someone who has also used them for years. I have been to dozens of other companies over the years, always had some issue or another, too high of price, or work was shoddy. Never here. A-1 place in my book. more

I've been a loyal customer of Redmond European for about twelve years. They are able to make appointments in a prompt manner. They provide quality work with excellent results. If there ever are any issues, they always resolve it equitably and to my satisfaction. Monty and Justin are very honest people. Granted, it's not the cheapest shop, but they are very ethical and perform high quality work. I highly recommend their services, I don't think you'll regret it. more

Everyone at Redmond European is extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the vehicles they service. 2/23/2011

For over four years I've been driving over twenty-five miles to get my cars serviced at Redmond European. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I urge people to definitely use them, they're fantastic. I appreciate the fact that whenever I go there, they always have a ride or a rental available for me. The work is always done in a timely manner, when they tell you it will be done. And I've never had to take my car back in after I've picked it up-unlike my experience with the dealers! Monty is so knowledgeable about the VAG group and has nearly forty years of experience. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anyone there. I highly recommend their services. more
