Mechanics used to look at the car and tell you about the car, Redmond European seems to be trending towards just telling me what's on the scanner... But computers only do so much.
Would like to see more mechanical expertise & less reliance on computer scanners for whats wrong.
That being said they still do a great job with my car but you guys can do better.
