BEWARE!!! These people are swindlers. I pre-paid for a four oil change coupon. I asked for high-mileage oil and came to find out they just put 20w-50 oil instead and charged $13.9...

FIVE STAR TIRES= FIVE STAR SERVICE 10/5/2008

VERY CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS HONESTY. I HAVE SPENT ALMOST 2 WEEKS GETTING QUOTES FROM MANY OTHER MECHANIC SHOPS AROUND THE AREA. FIVE STAR WAS MY LAST STOP WHICH IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST STOP. JOHN (HOVO) IS THE PERSON WHO WORKED ON MY CAR. THIS GUY IS AMAZING. I am a car mechanic skeptic. I generally believe they are all out rip us off in one way or another (I tend to feel the same way about taxi drivers in foreign countries). Pros: service, cleanliness, prices Cons: none more

Clean establishment, waiting area includes sofa, television w/remote, massage chair. Good prices, staff is friendly, honest and helpful. more

Amazing Customer Service! 4/22/2008

After calling around to a few repair shops, I knew almost as soon as Mike answered the phone that I'd found my winner. He was friendly and gave a clear explanation of what was most likely wrong with my car. I brought it in and he was able to fix the problem immediately, then charged me a little less than he'd said on the phone! It's such a relief to find a mechanic I fully trust. Plus, the lobby was extremely clean and comfortable. I will definitely head to Five Star Tires for future check-ups and repairs. more

Amazing customer service, good prices! 12/13/2007

George was amazing. I couldn't afford a tow truck, but lived close by, so he actually came to my house to look at my car, figured out what was wrong, went back and brought a battery and a mechanic back with him & fixed my car right here in my garage! He was so kind & gave me a great price. I would recommend to anyone! Pros: Amazing customer service, fast & fair price Cons: none more

Super friendly, clean, efficient store, and well equipped. The lounge area is clean and open, with good magazines if you have to wait. The best tire shop I've ever been in - seriously - and I've been in a lot of them! Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing more

Like no other repair shop I've ever encountered. 5/10/2007

Taking your automobile here is much like going to your favorite restaurant...you get what you're looking for, and you're treated like a friend. My pal Frank of Corrente's Cadillac Corner recommended this place to me, and he knows his stuff. I've taken my '61 Fury to many shops for various things over the years but I've never encountered the care and friendliness that Mike and his crew show. Even the customer service area is bright and clean. I don't see me taking my car anywhere else for service now that I've been spoiled by 5 Star Tires. Pros: everything! Cons: nothing! more

Best Tire Shop In Town 4/4/2007

They are fantastic, here! Great Service, fast, inexpensive and open on Sundays! I needed an oil change and a few other things taken care of and they took me right away. I loved that they were open on Sundays because not many auto shops are and they were very nice. I will definitely go back whenever I need car service! Pros: Great Service, Nice and Inexpensive more
