As always was extremely pleased with Raymark more

Raymark came out to scope our sewer line and found a crack. They quoted $800 to fix it. It seemed really high and after a few minutes they dropped the bid to $300 (estimate) if we would dig the hole ourselves and backfill. Yes, that's a $500 price break to dig your own hole? The work was completed and the guys did an excellent job. However, they called with the total bill, $508! I could understand if they went over 10-20%, but the cost was over 50% more, and they never called to say the job was going to take longer or cost more. After talking with Margaret at the office, she was very rude and I'm still trying to get a copy of a detailed bill days later to know exactly what they charged me for. Looks like they had a consumer complaint on the BBB for billing issues before, guess I should have done my homework before hiring them. more

My hot water tank went out on a Monday morning and before noon that day it was replaced by Joe from Raymark Plumbing. Joe is very professional and polite. I highly recommend Raymark plumbing and Sewer. more

Raymark saved my bacon with a monday morning sewer break and...recommended FIscher for the HAZ Mat portion of the deal. they submitted a VERY reasonable bid to fix the situation. the plumber was professional, quick and responsive. I would definitely use RayMark again! more

I spoke with eight plumbers regarding work I needed on my sewer before I found Raymark. The other companies used scare tactics, didn’t sound like they knew what they were doing, didn’t return calls, or bid outrageous prices. Raymark were professionals from the start. They were timely, fair, quick, clean, and friendly. The project was, by its nature, very invasive to my home, but the employees of Raymark were considerate and really strived to preserve what they could while still accomplishing what needed to be done. Their expert use of pipe bursting technology saved me from having my entire bathroom, yard, and dining room torn apart. I’m not a plumber, but the craftsmanship of the work I saw looked flawless and is functioning perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Raymark is my knight in shining ABS! more

I was the unfortunate recipient of bad news when my neighbors sold their place a couple of years ago. After having spent a large sum of money on landscaping my backyard and adding a deck and patio area, I was told that they'd need to dig a 9 foot long by 6 foot wide by 13 foot deep hole in my yard. Obviously, this was to my dismay and hit my pocket book since my former neighbors left the state without repaying me the cost to put my yard back into place. However, the good news was that the folks at Raymark that had been hired to do the dirty sewer fix/replacement job were able to work around some pretty tight and restrictive conditions. They were professional and respectful of my property throughout the weeklong job. After watching how well they worked around the issues and made my yard as right as they could after their portion of the work was done I have now started recommending them to my real estate clients. A hearty "well done!" to these folks and their crew! more
