My boyfriend and I have stayed at the Ramada three times and each time the service was excellent, however on our second visit we had to go to the front desk to get our key recoded and Angie recoded it and even callled to make sure we got back to the room since my boyfriend is completely blind. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. Each time we come in she greets us with a smile and great service. I can't tell you how often we get treated differently because he is blind and they often acts as though he's not there and she didn't she treated him with respect and kindness. We have decided that the Ramada is our place to go for our get aways when our time and funds will allow and that is because of Angie. more

After having to change the location of our Daughter's Wedding Reception four weeks before the wedding with the help of Earl Adams, Director of Sales, he and the staff of Ramada made my Daughter and now Son in Law's wedding a beautiful event. From the Food to the finest details..thank you. more

absolutely TERRIFIC! 6/1/2010

My first visit to the Windy City in the middle of winter, and it really was cold! So I was glad to be staying at the extremely warm and friendly Ramada Inn-Lake Shore, where the staff was the friendliest and most helpful I've ever experienced. Lovely rooms, clean and beautiful, and perfect location (near UChicago). And the price was excellent! This stay was absolutely TERRIFIC! Five stars to these friendly folks! more
