When I called in, they were responsive and they arranged for a technician to come on my time. He was outstanding. He came out here, and he didn't try to oversell, and he didn't try to undersell, and he told me what the problem was. He was very young, too, and very well-versed in his trade. For a 19-year-old young man, I was very impressed with his knowledge. more

Excellent 10/8/2014

I've have a contract with R&D to come twice a year for my heating and cooling. They have been efficient and have kept good care of my system. The technicians are very nice and courteous. They talk to you about what's going on with the heating and cooling so that you have a better knowledge. One young man in particular answered all my questions politely and was very patient. I appreciate that. I've been a customer with them for about 7 years, and it's been a good experience. more

I've been using R&D Heating and Cooling since they installed my units 17 years ago and enjoy their service. They're always very professional, prompt, and meet my needs on the work that I need to have done. The general manager, Ann, and I have communicated several times and she's great. The last time I used them, they sent a young technician named Jose who went above and beyond with the repair and was very experienced. I would highly recommend them. more

I've only received good service from R&D Heating and Cooling. They're reliable and the technicians that they send are always very knowledgeable. The last one that came was able to explain a lot of things that I didn't know before. They're really efficient with the routine check-ups and service that they do on my units. They come twice a year and everything has been going well. I'm very satisfied with their staff. more

We have a contract service for heating and air conditioning with R&D Heating and Cooling. It took a while to get the appointment, but they came when they said they would. The gentleman who came was polite and professional. He left no mess at all. He was very careful, and he did the work expeditiously. There wasn't any dawdling. He made a report to my husband, and then my husband had a follow-up question about billing. He called back within an hour. We have no complaints about the service. It was a young fellow who I knew from another setting, and it was nice to see him grown up and sound so competent during the work. We would be happy to recommend! more
