excellent in all areas 11/3/2015

we just had our 23 year old bryant furnance and air conditioning unit replaced with a new bryant system today. dan and tj installed the unit. arrived on time worked very well together as a team..used drop cloths and left our home very clean..really nice guys...so glad we went with r&d heating and cooliing..5 star rating in all areas. more

We were extremely pleased with the prompt and courteous service we received. Tim was excellent. A true professional. He was clearly well educated and experienced, and not afraid to share the knowledge. He diagnosed the problem with our cooling system and left us feeling confident that it was fixed correctly. This is the way all service technicians should make you feel. more

A service worth every good word 8/31/2015

I was putting my house up for sale and came across a couple of issues. R&D Heating and Cooling installed a new air purification system and replaced my boiler and thermostat. They were out like a flash for each job and their service is unbelievable. When the air purifier stopped working a year after installation, they came out and fixed it under warranty. I have never found a service I trust so much. I know I can count on them to tell me exactly what the problem is without trying to sell me products I don't need. If there is a product you want, they will tell you the pros and cons for your situation. It is so nice to meet people who are so friendly and warm who would never try to cheat their customers. We wave when we see each other around town. I wouldn't buy a house out of their range of service. The staff is absolutely fabulous and I recommend R&D Heating and Cooling to anyone. more

The office staff and service representative, Jose, were very kind, professional, courteous, and thorough. Jose took his time and explained everything to me and gave me opportunities to ask questions. Jose was very respectful and skilled. He is an exemplary representative for your company. I would definitely recommend R and D. more

HVAC replacement 8/13/2015

No one wants their ac unit to stop working, but as these things do happen I can not say enough good things about my experience with R &D! Total pros, very attentive, explained my options clearly and price was competitive...New unit working great for 3 weeks now and I highly recommend company and plan to use for regular maintenance. It's a big investment and I'm so happy I found this company! more

R&D Heating and Cooling are just perfect. Eight or nine years ago we bought an AC unit and every year they come to service it. Any time we call, they send somebody right away, that same day. I think the technicians at R&D Heating and Cooling go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They try to fix minor problems they find, they do nice work. They are very polite and I feel like they treat me the way I would treat them if the roles were reversed. They're very timely and I am very pleased with the company! more
