Outstanding Customer Service 2/29/2016

We have had a service agreement with R&D since they installed a new Lennox heating and air conditioning system 8 years ago. The technicians that installed the system as well as the ones who have performed the routine maintenance over the years have all been thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon (water heater leaking water all over the basement) so I called for emergency service. Tim (the service tech) called back in 5-10 minutes to confirm that he would be there within the hour. He arrived as promised, assessed the problem and secured the system to prevent any further problems. He then contacted the office, lined up an appointment to replace the water heater mid-day Monday and called me back to confirm the appointment. He showed up early on Monday and replaced the unit in less than 2 hours and tested it to assure it was working properly. The quality of his work was outstanding and he took the time to explain the operation of the new unit. Great customer service. I highly recommend R&D. more

5 stars for everything. Intelligent, neat, fast. Great company! 2/29/2016

I would give R&D Heating and Cooling the highest rating across the board. 5 stars for everything! The manager there and everybody they are great. He is intelligent, neat straight to the point, came in and out to get the work done and was done in 2.5 hours, so fast. I give them a ten across the board and would recommend them to anyone. Great company. more

I recently had an R&D Heating and Cooling tech come out to look at and service the heater and heat pump systems. He was very thorough, courteous and knowledgeable in explaining what I should do to keep the systems running at optimal levels. He showed up on time and everything turned out really well. I would use them again because of their reliability and my comfort with using them, and getting an appointment was easy. more

Excellent sales and service 11/17/2015

I was thrilled with the sale and installation of my 22kw generator. There was no pressure, great informative salesman and the installation technicians were guys I enjoyed having in my home. I really enjoyed how they explained everything, why what was what and why everything cost the amount it did. It was even no pressure for payment and the final bill was exactly what the estimate said it would be. I'd highly recommend this company. more
