Me and my grandmother were planning on eating lunch at this location. There were three ladies checking out and no one else in line before or after us. We asked the girl behind the counter how big the sandwiches were, not being familiar with the menu and she pointed at a sign, she never greeted us or acknowledged we were there as she proceeded to do everything but ask us for our order, so we moved to the other side of the toaster. Another lady walked in and immediately she was greeted and asked what she would like to eat today. So I backed up a couple of steps and said, ""Can we order?"" She said ""ya'll had moved too far down the line and that we were not ready to order yet."" Confused on how she knew we weren't ready to order yet because she had never asked, I said ""How do you know we weren't ready to order yet? You never asked if we were."" She told me ""she doesn't have to ask us when we are ready to order."" She was yelling over the counter, everyone sitting at the tables eating turned around to see what had happened and I said ""I will take my business somewhere else!"" and appologized to the cashier on the way out. Why did I appologize? I really couldn't say. I spoke to a manager and the girl told him that she was in the middle of taking someone's order--no she wasn't. I also told the manager hopefully enough people will complain so that my situation can be handled. The manager did not care one thing about the incident but maybe when business declines enough he will take complaints alittle more serious!! For the record, free food was not the purpose of complaining! I guess no one believes in good customer service anymore!!
Pros: good location
Cons: never got my food, girl behind the counter chose to yell instead
