The guys from Property Inspection Team did two inspections for us. The first one was a home that based on their inspection we didn't buy, the second we did buy. Jim (I think that was his name) did a great job of explaining all the findings and gave me some great advice on how to fix things too. It's great that they work as a team: "inside guy" and "outside guy." There is a clear sense of trust, respect and history that allows them to move through the inspection support one another and even finish each other's sentences. It was great watching them and I felt comfortable and well taken care of; I also felt that my (numeours) questions were heard, acknowledged and answered. After getting the review I was impressed that they were able to remember everything, even things we spoke about away from the notepad/ camera. The report was thorough and clear-- I even read ALL 69 pages and didn't feel like my brain was going to explode. I think this was also because the majority of what was in the report as "issues" were explianed to me by one of the inspectors.
