The guys from Property Inspection Team did two inspections for us. The first one was a home that based on their inspection we didn't buy, the second we did buy. Jim (I think that was his name) did a great job of explaining all the findings and gave me some great advice on how to fix things too. If I ever need their services again I would happily call them.
