I had the fortunate experience of working with Jim and Doug twice- once on the house I shouldn't have bought and am glad I didn't; and then on the beautiful home I did end up buying. As a first time homeowner and a woman, Doug and Jim not only were the utmost in professionalism and thoroughness in the inspection, but the also really took the time to carefully explain to me the various items throughout the house that would need my attention in an clear and encouraging manner.
The inspection report is also a WONDERFUL tool and document- organized and clear. This is now my "bible"- all of my first projects for my new house come from this.
Without any hesitation I would recommend Property Inspection Team. I am really grateful to both Jim and Doug.
