Proline Car Stereo

These guys are the business !!!!! Me and my partner were searching for a system and installation for a while now. Ive seen them before and happened to say ""lets go see what they have"" I swear to you we came out in 2 hours with a brand new system !!! My Jeep needed that soooo bad. The customer service was excellent !! Helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed. We are going back for more speakers in about 2 weeks I recommend these guys to everybody !! Job WELL DONE ! more

proline is great fast and very good prices at top of the line products i tried the guys past the car wash first, over priced everything was dirty and old. Proline I love my JL system Thanks! more

Welps, i went into proline abt a week ago n i wanted an alarm cus my car kept getting broken into, i bought an autopage and 2 hours it took them install crazy fast but since then my cars been fine, 5 times in 2 months! it got broken into more

i took my jimmy in for a new system i spoke to shef he explained to me my options and such the prices were pretty decent comparable to the other guys i went too... my jimmy sounds good after a few hours bumping my base around town haha more

got into proline at about 11 am needed my hids replaced because they wouldnt stop flickering after 2 hours of getting them installed by my homie, whom isnt doing it again. i asked proline if they could fix my problem i waited about 15 minutes they took my car in i waited about 45 minutes watched tv and such its been 2 days and my hids work nice no problems n such ill be in here nextime when i save up enough for my system more

i stopped by with my sister cus she needed a new tweeter and she dropped her key in water. they asked me to come in a few hours to get the tweeter replaced and the key was immediately replaced great service more

usually i have problems with customer service with certain automotive stereo companies which will not be named... but after a huge hassle with them. I took my business to proline i went inside no more than 5 minutes later my car was getting worked on and all my questions answered quickly and the price is pretty good. thanks proline more

My car was broken into twice in the last month. Finally, I gave in and realized that I needed an alarm. My friend who is into cars recommended me to Proline. I went there and Stu gave me the run down on all the choices and told me about remote starts as well. I always thought that they mess up your starter and void the warranty, but he told me that wasn't true and all their work was warrantied. I got a alarm with a pager and remote start. It also has this thing that if people are standing next to the car too long, the alarm will warn them. Its pretty cool, he also threw in the tints for me. I usually don't write reviews but they really hooked be up and I wanted to let them know they did a good job. more

Proline does not have expert technicians overseeing the installation of audio or video equipment. Besides the prices being high, the customer service there is atrocious. I would take my business elsewhere like Best Buy or Circuit City were at least they stand by there products. I had installed a stereo and dvd system in my car which resulted in numerous problems from the get go. I did at least 6 different visits to correct problems in the installation and still to this day I continue to have electrical problems. I decided to take my problems to the dealership. At the dealership they corrected all my problems which Proline has caused. At my last visit to Proline, a customer walked in complaining of the constant rattling his headrest dvd system is causing. He complained of the constant visits there and the technicians not being able to fix the problem. Just an example of the dissatisfied customers that regret having an installation done there. Cons: Poor customer service, different technicians working on your car resulting in many mistakes. more

My brother came here for his stereo and we found out they have a good selection of the latest stereos. He chose the alpine stereo mp3 player and they had it installed that very day. Over all, my brother was very happy with it. They were very friendly and speedy with the install. more
