Anthony and the Proline staff were extremely courteous and professional. Anthony explained all of my options for a replacement alarm and remote start to me. They were not trying to rip me off or take advantage of me which is always a plus! They were punctual with their time quote to do the installation and they called me when they were finished. There's a reason that this place has such a high rating, seriously. I had shopped around/called around to get a sound system upgrade for my 2003 BMW 325i + connection for my iPhone 5. A few places told me ""the tech wasn't there for me to have a connection past the iPhone 4's 30-pin system,"" tried to mess with price etc, and it wasn't until I called Shef here that I got some real answers and knew this was the right spot to take it where I'd get the right service from the guys who are the most up-to-date and honest with everything.\r \r When I called in to discuss what I wanted done, Shef was really clear, helpful and kind in explaining what needed to be done, what my options were and the price tiers of each. It was an easy drop off and choice of system.\r \r Thank you, Shef (Proline car stereo) you guys were extremely helpful from the first phone call, the appointment and the system being perfectly set up and teaching me how to maneuver the system when I picked up the car (which was ready even earlier than quoted!) Woke up today and said to myself ""I feel like getting my car tinted"" I have owned many cars and had tint before but I had no idea where to get it done in my neighborhood. Searched tints near me in Google and Proline was at the Top of the list!!! I gave them a call to get a quote and was very happy with the price. I asked how soon I could get it installed and they said right now! I drove our car down and first thing I noticed was how clean and organized their shop was. They have a complete autosound showroom which is awesome to check out. Great selections of radios, speakers etc.\r \r The tint job was excellent and if I had any problems bring it back and they would redo the job for free. I don't anticipate any problems because it was obviously installed by a professional. I am so pleased with the entire experience that I'm going back to get some sweet HID's installed! \r \r I recommend this place for everything they offer. You will be extremely impressed with their employees, clean shop and great prices. more

I'm not one to frequent car stereo locations, but I do know exceptional customer service. We show up, they gave me an excellent price for my system and worked with me to set me up with an appointment that fit my schedule. \r \r After I dropped my car off at them a few days later, they called me a couple of hours later when my car was ready. When I went to pick up the car, the guy took me into the car and explained everything about the stereo; how to set it up with my iPod, all the extra functions, etc. It's really extra touches like that, which set businesses apart and which in part is why I'm sure this place has 5 stars. I've since gone back once to replace an antenna and were treated with the same all-star service. \r \r IF YOU WANT THE BEST, GO HERE!!! more

Came in looking to get some tints done for my car, Shef the owner was very helpful with explaining the different levels of tints and took his time explaining how long it would take. Couple of hours later I had my car with the tints done and it looks amazing. I also got the HID upgrades done for my car. Figure I was there I might as well get that done as well. Will definitely recommend the work of the Proline Staff. They take their time and put quality to their work!!! \r \r This is the shop to come to if you want professional work done ""right""on your car. more

Customer service people!! When a company offers good customer service, it shows they will do whatever it takes for them to keep your business and not to mention, do a stellar job! I checked other places and no one was willing to work with me (I REALLY do my research before going to these types of places because I've been ripped off before)- you really can't beat these guys. These guys specialize ONLY in car audio so they know what they're doing. Overall, I was happy with the service and the actual products. more

Excellent customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable, and helpful. Their pricing cannot be beat. They are well stocked, and were able to help me the same day. I drove all over the area looking for what I needed, and everyone told me ""they can get it."" Proline had it in stock, and were able to install it that day, even though they were busy, they fit me in. \r \r I have had both audio and security in every car I have ever owned since the mid 90s, and I will never go to another store. more

STAY AWAY!!! Bait and switch shop. Worst kind of people smiling in your face while trying to turn you over. Good for very basic installs. I had windows tinted, wind deflectors and overhead DVD player installed. Tint came out well. Wind deflectors are weather tech in Chanel. The deflectors are an easy install that they could not get right. The two rear windows were hitting the deflector and would not close. They kept trying to say it needed more time to mold. Install instructions from website, set time only 12 hours. After returning to the shop 3 times I just fixed it myself. The biggest problem is with the DVD player. The first one I picked out they installed without checking. The buttons did not work. When they tried to replace it with the same model the boxes were empty. After some discussion I picked a different model. As I waited for them to install they changed the DVD player to a less expensive model. Without talking to me and without my knowledge. I was so happy to be going home after almost 7hours of waiting I didn't even notice the unit was different until I got home to show the kids. The worst part is that I still had to return to the store because all the features on the unit they installed did not work. They did nothing on the price. They never did get all the features to work. They tried to say it was the same model with different name. That is not true. Different make, different features. They couldn't even clean up after the install. Gave me my car back with pieces of wires and dirt and dust all over rear of my car. The prices at this shop are inflated. The item shows one price with a sign that reads ask sale person for better price. Online website shows deals of the month. Do not believe them. Head unit for car in the deals of the month read $129 installed. They wanted another $120 for wires. These items should only cost $20. Please save your money and time. STAY AWAY. more

Proline really helped me out. – My car was broken into twice in the last month. Finally, I gave in and realized that I needed an alarm. My friend who is into cars recommended me to Proline. I went there and Stu gave me the run down on all the choices and told me about remote starts as well. I always thought that they mess up your starter and void the warranty, but he told me that wasn't true and all their work was warrantied. I got a alarm with a pager and remote start. It also has this thing that if people are standing next to the car too long, the alarm will warn them. Its pretty cool, he also threw in the tints for me. I usually don't write reviews but they really hooked be up and I wanted to let them know they did a good job. more

I HAVE TO SAY SHOPPING WITH PROLINE TODAY WAS AN EXPERIENCE I WENT IN FOR A SIMPLE CHECK MY MECHANIC RECOMMENDED to see them about a replacement remote they went above and beyond to help me owner Shef Sadik and Adam ,floyd and kevin were by far more genuine and real about my issues. what they recommend vs. dealer options and were not pushy . they even priced matched when i didnt even ask . my car now has a viper smart start remote start, tints and i am coming back for the kenwood navigation .. i wish shopping other places was this easy thank you again \r PEOPLE DONT THINK TWICE THIS IS A REAL CAR STEREO STORE WITH A AWESOME STAFF :) this place is awesome more

Rip off I would not go back there or recommend anybody there false advertisement bad service they tell you something over the phone when you get there is something else more

Replaced all the factory speaker in my car with JL Audio speakers from these guys and the sound never sounded so great. I got everything done for a great a great price above it all. The guys here were very nice and they showed me how to work everything. Go to the Proline Crew!!! more
