I was EXCEEDINGLY IMPRESSED with their service! The lady who answered the phone was very helpful in getting me talking to my insurance company, etc. She was able to get my car in the same day. My car was done within five hours of first calling. Warren came to my house and picked up my car, which I thought was pretty cool! more

Excellent Work for BMW 7/23/2010

I insisted, and my insurer agreed, that the windshield of my BMW 540 be replaced by someone who knew what they were doing with OEM glass (because, for example, the windshield contains rain sensors). The work was done promptly and well. more

Easy-peasy! 7/10/2010

My experience at Professional Glass was great. I ordered my windshield, then when I brought in my car from the time I got there from the time I left was only two hours. They work fast, everyone is REALLY nice, it was hot out but the lobby has a/c and couches. I had just washed and vacuumed my car and got it back in the same clean condition. Even my school parking sticker was put back on in the same place. They pay attention to detail and they really know what they are doing! more

They ordered and replaced a damaged window and frame for us. The correct window came in on time and was quickly installed. People showed up on time, were very pleasent and cooperative. Did a quick, clean job. Final result looks terrific. Totally satisfied. more

I called Professional Glass Co and got an accurate quote immediately,they called me back right away to confirm they had the glass I needed at my price point, were incredibly friendly and fixed an unrelated problem to boot (and for free!). Great experience overall- plus they are local and family owned and from an economic development perspective, I'd rather put my money in a business like this. more

Reliable subcontractors. 6/4/2010

We subcontract Professional Glass Co. in our shop. It works out very well. They are reliable. Every time we call them, they get on it and get it done. The provide the labor when we need glass in a car. They take the glass in and out of the cars and replace anything we need. We have been using them for about 20 years. J&J Collision more

PGC gets you in and out and excellent service! 6/3/2010

For the past THIRTY YEARS my husband and I have had all our glass repairs for our cars done at Professional Glass Co. They are very professional and accomendating. PGC also notify me to have battery checkin as it needed to be replaced. Recently they glued a part to a LEXUS rear window, if that wouldn't be done I would of had to replace the whole window. more

I've been dealing with a lot of different automotive companies, from interior to paint. I had my 08 Honda Cr-V front windshield replace, and the transaction from the first appointment call to the final checkup was amazing. It was the smoothest transaction I have ever dealt with. If you ever have any windshield question, they were very friendly and guided me through all their installation process and answered all my question. AMAZING WORK!! Couldn't even tell they took it off, all trims were replace perfectly!. If i ever had any problems with any windshield i will definitely give Professional Glass Co. a call. more

Generally Satisfied with Bathroom Mirror Install 5/14/2010

I recently had a wall to wall mirror installed in a small bathroom I had remodeled. Everyone I dealt with at Professional Glass was friendly and knowledgeable. The install was done well and I felt like the price was fair. My only issue was scheduling and final delivery / install from a timing standpoint. A few hick-ups and miscommunications there but all and all a quality shop. more
