I bought my first car from Pro Chrysler Jeep Plymouth Eagle in April of 1994. I've been going back off and on for parts and service ever since, even if I didn't buy my other cars from them.\r \r I did some telephone work for them a couple years back, and sat and talked with the owner, John Schenden, for a bit when I was there. Didn't strike me as a big time business owner. I could have had that same conversation with one of my coworkers. He was a everyday, normal guy, and that attitude seems to be passed on to his employees. They all seem to talk to you on a level that's not like it's someone trying to take your money and send you on your way.\r \r Took my car in for service a couple days ago, and if you've ever dealt with a typical car dealer service writer, you probably dread even going there. Not the case here. Everything is easy, the conversation isn't even close to being tense or combative like I've experienced at other places. The service writer and the technician both took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with the car, and what my options were, even going so far as to tell me it was ok to take the option that didn't involve giving them more money (!).\r \r Like the last reviewer said, Zack in parts has been there forever, and is always extra helpful and seriously knows his stuff.\r \r I would definitely recommend Pro to anyone for sales, service or parts. And I'll definitely be back. more

I bought a Jeep from another dealership and it still has its warranty on it so I took it in to get checked out, and my wiper blade was broken, I called ahead and asked if there was time for me in the service center, they fit me in and they only had the Jeep a couple of hours they were very friendly. more

Have used this business since I purchased my truck over 2 years ago to do routine maintenance. They always get me in and out for an oil change quickly. Longest I've waited was an hour and a half for a walk-in but they have a comfortable lounge to pass the time with coffee and bottled water for the customers. Usual wait is less than 45 minutes for walk in oil change and I've never been pressured to replace this or change that by any of the service advisors. They are always very professional and efficient. I live in SE Aurora and still take my truck to them as they know it and have serviced it since day one. They often have a Buy 2 Get 2 Free or even Buy 1 Get 3 Free on oil changes so you save more money than if you went to any other oil change place with their deals! Can't get a normal oil change for $15 a pop anywhere else that I know of regularly, let alone from an authorized dealer that does their vehicle inspections each time as well. more

Normally I avoid any dealership like the burrito lady at 2am. Initially it seems like a good idea but you always end up regretting it later. I've learned the hard way so many times in the past that the dealer simple can't be trusted. Basically Dealer = Satan.\r \r I'm a car guy & do most of the work on my vehicles but sometimes I'm just too busy, it's too cold, or I simply don't feeling like doing certain maintenance. Pro Chrysler Jeep Dodge has earned my trust time & time again to earn my business in just such occasions.\r \r Clean, Comfy, Knowledgeable, Professional. I've never felt pressured or treated like an idiot. They're fair with their prices but I'll admit, cars are just inherently expensive regardless. \r \r Having a highly modified vehicle serviced at the dealer is usually a big oh-hells-no. I'm happy to report that Pro is ""Modification Friendly"" & welcomes various Mopar car clubs to come here with nice discounts. \r \r The parts department are always happy to answer all my questions & look-up parts without acting too busy or annoyed. The service department is the best I've seen. These guys actually know A LOT about the cars they service & seem to always be in high gear to get you in & out. They often come into the lounge to give updates or call you at home to clarify. I appreciate ""being in the know"" instead of in the dark.\r \r I've slowly been forced to change my view due to this place. I'm picky & particular with my cars so if they're good enough for me then... I have full confidence they'll do the same for you. more

This review is for the Service department. And we have a Jeep. I really like this place! I even drive from Centennial for an oil change. They are professional, fast, trustworthy and have never tried to sell me anything I don't need. They also recommend a great auto body shop (right down the block), called Five Star Collision Center, who does great work for a very fair price. I recommend both. Great service for your vehicle! more
