I was less than impressed with Princeton Air. First off, as a new customer they over charge for their diagnostic service of $101.65 just to tell you need to spend another $260 ...

Installation of water heater 3/9/2017

Mark S. and Kyle M. were outstandingly efficient in replacing our old water heater. They observed the highest standards of safety, technical expertise, and professional courtesy. I have nothing but the highest praise for both of them. more

Efficient, Knowledgeable, Effective 12/8/2016

Will D. arrived as expected, reviewed what he would be doing, and proceeded to service our heating/air conditioning system. At various times, he provided insights on the system. He was polite, worked quickly, and made sure that he left things cleaner and better than he found them. We have very much appreciated the quality of Princeton Air employees over the years. Will D. is among the best. more

Great Service 10/13/2016

Chris S. performed a service on my heater today and while inspecting it noticed that the heat exchanger end plus was loose and allowing condensation to gather inside my heater and repaired same. He took the time to explain several of the safe guard in my heater and changed both the humidifier element and heater air filter. A very professional and knowledgeable technician. A five star rating. more

Thomas lahaye did our rewiring of our home it was a job well done by both Thomas and Shannon They were both excellent workers and were very clean and neat and would recommend the 4Star electric LTE to anyone. I was very very pleased with a job well done they were both very polite and introduced themselves before they started working on the electric part of the house thanks a million to both Thomas and Shannon Noella Derbis more

AC Installation 7/21/2016

The team arrived on time and went right to work. They kept us informed of their progress, laid mats on the floor and completed the job when expected. They were professional, worked diligently and very helpful. We were very satisfied with the work, the time to complete and the knowledge of the installers. more

Sean S came to our house to assess a variety of problems we have been having with our HVAC system. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with: knowledgeable, informative, and objective, even vis-a-vis prior work which had been done by PA personnel that is presently in need of reexamination. Sean was excellent at explaining to me how the system works and the choiceset of solutions for various issues. (Not being that technical a person, I found Sean's ability to explain to be enormously helpful, particularly since generally lacking in others i have met from the HVAC milieu . . .) His manner and knowledge really inspired confidence. In sum, I give Sean an excellent review as an able and skilled professional with good communication skills and a personable manner. Going forward I will want him as the tech I deal with from Princeton Air. more

Will D. arrived promptly, introduced himself, and told me what he would check. Worked steadily for about an hour and checked and cleaned the units inside and outside. Reported back to me before he left and noted that he also took care of the dead mouse he found outside. Seems to me to be a very capable and polite young man. more

A quality and trustworthy vendor 5/5/2016

We have been using Princeton Air to service our heating and air conditioning units for 15 years and in all that time they have handled themselves professionally and above reproach. Their technicians are outstanding, both professional and personable. They are by no mens the cheapest service out there, but that are by far the best value. We recommend them highly. more

Service Tech "Tito" 4/22/2016

Recently had our Spring Startup for our two air conditioners. Our service tech "Tito" arrived on time, was courteous to both myself, wife and our 2 dogs and performed the work in a very professional way.
