Chris S. performed a service on my heater today and while inspecting it noticed that the heat exchanger end plus was loose and allowing condensation to gather inside my heater and repaired same. He took the time to explain several of the safe guard in my heater and changed both the humidifier element and heater air filter. A very professional and knowledgeable technician. A five star rating.
