I was less than impressed with Princeton Air. First off, as a new customer they over charge for their diagnostic service of $101.65 just to tell you need to spend another $260 ...

The office staff was very friendly and accommodating with my schedule. The technician, Kyle was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained and corrected the problem and made recommendation. more

exceptional service from Juan M. from Princeton Air 4/12/2018

Juan M. was the Princeton Air service person that visited our home today as part of our annual service plan with Princeton Air. He did a thorough review of our air conditioning systems, cleaned clogged up parts of our system and ensured everything was in proper working order. My wife and I were impressed with his expertise, professionalism and customer orientation. We have been long term customers of Princeton Air and their high quality staff, including Juan M, are the reason we are so loyal. more

Installation furnace, air conditioner and water heater 4/8/2018

Excellent work by Jeff and Jody. Covered floors and worked quietly and without disruptions, Two day installation and water and heat were off only a short time. Nice guys who knew what they were doing. Instructed us operation when job was complete. Glad we went with Princeton Ar who installed our previous furnace 35 years ago more

Review of HVAC system installation 11/24/2017

Jeff and Jody were thorough, helpful and courteous. Outstanding service. Job done in a good, unhurried but expeditious way. They cleaned up after themselves and were happy to answer any questions. Gave good suggestions on how to deal with the smell of the new installation and were also attentive to our home's security. All in all a great experience. more

We just got a brand new heating/air conditioning unit installed by Princeton Air 3 months ago. Tonight was our 6 service call since the install. I am starting to loose faith with Princeton Air as far as their proper installation capability. However, I have to give Will D. high marks for being a great technician who came to fix yet again mistakes of the installers. I called in my problem at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and Will D. arrived at my house at 9:30pm. He was able to get my system working again even though he could not determined what went wrong in the first place. Well, at least my family has heat tonight, at the end of October. Thank you. more

Jason, Sam and Ryan from Princeton Air were not only professional, they were they worked well together. They are individually and collectively a credit and an asset to Princeton Air. I would welcome any one of them back into my home, they are gentlemen and craftsmen. more

Excellent service! 10/4/2017

I meant to do this note way sooner to praise the technician who came to our home on one of the hottest days of the summer when our AC chose to stop. He was not near us, it was evening and getting dark, my AC unit is outside behind a wall of scraggly bushes. Mr. Delgado came when he said he would, checked the unit, told us the diagnosis and fixed it quickly. He was very professional and super efficient, and did all he could to minimize our inconvenience. All in all, a very good experience thanks to him. My apologies for not doing this when I meant to. Thank you! more

Mark came to change a valve at the recommendation of another service tech, but immediately diagnosed the problem as something entirely different. He made the repairs and was finished within an hour. He was courteous and professional and did an excellent job. Thanks Mark more

Thorough Maintenance 4/15/2017

Chris performed a thorough maintenance on my air conditioning unit. He explained what he was doing and what measurements the unit needed to reach that will indicate there are no issues. He gave advice on certain maintenance checks and activities that the homeowner can perform during the year. more

From the beginning, Princeton Air was very professional. Jim G. was the salesperson who went above and beyond to explain with us our options. He was always available to answer questions and took us step-by-step to help us understand the entire process. On installation day, Edgar, Sammy and Chris worked very efficiently and thoroughly. They were all very friendly and kept us updated on the progress throughout the day.
