We just got a brand new heating/air conditioning unit installed by Princeton Air 3 months ago. Tonight was our 6 service call since the install. I am starting to loose faith with Princeton Air as far as their proper installation capability. However, I have to give Will D. high marks for being a great technician who came to fix yet again mistakes of the installers. I called in my problem at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and Will D. arrived at my house at 9:30pm. He was able to get my system working again even though he could not determined what went wrong in the first place. Well, at least my family has heat tonight, at the end of October. Thank you.
