We went here for happy hour only. They have some great prices on food and drinks and it goes until 7pm. I will definitely go back for the happy hour. The service here is terrib...

Wonderful Steakhouse 8/12/2010

I have to say this is the best steak house downtown. We are a fan of Ruth's Chris and since they closed downtown we found our way to prime steakhouse. Big juicy steaks large sides and wonderful service, my waiter kept folding my napkin when I went outside to smoke wow! We will be back more

Good happy hour, terrible service 7/24/2010

We went here for happy hour only. They have some great prices on food and drinks and it goes until 7pm. I will definitely go back for the happy hour. The service here is terrible. The waitress actually seemed miffed when we asked for more drinks or wanted to order food. The guy who delivered our food dropped off a hamburger with no ketchup or mustard and ignored me when I asked for some. We kept going up to the bar ourselves to ask for these things and to order more drinks. We will go back because the prices were so good it made up for having to wait on ourselves. I would never pay full price to eat here, though. The ambiance in the restaurant isn't there, either. Pros: Good happy hour, good food in the bar Cons: Service is terrible more

bad experience 2/5/2010

I dined with 6 others and all of our steaks were over cooked by a lot. We had to ask for water everytime our glasses were empty (we even had to ask for water glasses!) & butter for the bread. It took over 45 min to get the wine we ordered. It took forever for them to clear our plates after we were done. The staff was dreadful...more like walking zombies knowing they'll receive their 20% auto grat. They actually brought the wrong table's food to the table next to us! Our dining experience lasted a total of 3 hours and we were exhaused after being at a conference all day. Pros: the staff was dressed nicely Cons: horrible service & overcooked food more

great food great price 2/4/2010

the waitress that we had was amazing and on top of her game she made sure we had everything we needed when we needed it not to point out the food can you say amazing i think i finally found a place that topped my moms cooking the filet mignon was perfect veggies were steamed to perfection and the presentation was beautiful i would 100% say best steak house in town Pros: best service and food i have had in long time more

Snobby rude staff , good happy hour deals 12/14/2009

Good happy hour with drink and food specials . One bartender working with a busy bar and about 6 tables . Service and food very slow and inconsistent . The staff in suits that brought out our food from the other part of the restuarant seemed irritated to have to wait on people that were ordering the less expensive food off the bar menu . The bartender was stressed out , forgetting things and flat out rude to all of us . We will not be back and know some great happy hours in this town with great service ! Cons: Staff is rude more
