I dined with 6 others and all of our steaks were over cooked by a lot. We had to ask for water everytime our glasses were empty (we even had to ask for water glasses!) & butter for the bread. It took over 45 min to get the wine we ordered. It took forever for them to clear our plates after we were done. The staff was dreadful...more like walking zombies knowing they'll receive their 20% auto grat. They actually brought the wrong table's food to the table next to us! Our dining experience lasted a total of 3 hours and we were exhaused after being at a conference all day.
Pros: the staff was dressed nicely
Cons: horrible service & overcooked food
