Fantastic service 9/9/2008

These guys are convenient, affordable, and always polite! They do all kinds of little things to let me know they appreciate my business, like giving me a ride to work (or renting me a car). They always show me what they are seeing so I can know exactly why they are recommending any particular service. I've been coming here for years, won't be going anywhere else. more

Avoid this repair garage its a awaist of time !!!! 7/25/2007

I had my car check out for a brake noise that only happen in the randomly they offer to have the car over night so they could hear the noise they had it for two nights and nothing was fix the morning that I pick up the car the brake noise started again (?) I had to take the car to work! Cons: they didn't fix my car more

Just Ok 3/2/2006

I have gone to these guys for many oil changes. They are generally ok, but the last few times the service sucked. Once they forgot to rotate my tires though they charged me for it. After I pointed it to them, they fixed it. Another time, I went to them for a major service the guy called me up and said that they could not open the part where they put in the transmission fluid and asked me to go to the dealer for it. In general if you have a coupon, this place is affordable, but its nothing great. These days I go to the Firestone nearby and they seem to be doing a great job so far. more

It was just OK 11/5/2005

They are under new management and since the change they are just average. I felt the took advantage of me and didn't tell me the whole truth. My car should have still been under warranty with them for a problem but of course that wasn't the problem. Two months after the warranty expired....it was the problem more

Great place for oil change 8/30/2005

Precision tune up is a great place for oil change. they do a great job in oil change and filter change at great prices. The staff is very good and very professional. Will do oil change and check tires also for alignment and air pressure. use one of the coupons and teh cost gets reduced enormously. PROS: great prices CONS: more

Average service at Sunnyvale's Precision Tune 6/3/2005

I had an oil change done for my car at the Precision Tune in Sunnyvale. I basically left my car with them early in the morning and picked it up in the evening. When I picked up my car, the mechanic would go through quickly a list of things/services that my car should undergo or that I should be aware of in the next couple months. I found this helpful. I haven't had a major service done by them on my car yet, so I can't comment further. more
