I took a prepaid UPS package there to simply be sent. The woman, who I believe is the manager or maybe owner, was extremely rude. Because the item I was shipping was time sensitive (as most overnight packages are) I asked for a receipt. She told me to take a picture of the envelope and just use that. I asked for my package back to take elsewhere where they never have issues giving me a receipt and she grumbled over to the register complaining about going paperless and how this costs her money and only shows she received the package but doesn't hold her liable... Blah blah blah. This location is super convenient for me, but I'll NEVER go back there. Not worth it. She made me feel terrible for asking her to do her job. more

Old School Good Service 6/27/2008

They provide most services that the over priced Kinkos/FedEx down the street does; except they are resonably priced, have less of a line, and seem like local folks who have done this for a long time. They have old-school customer service and are very helpful. They've been doing this for a while so they know what they are talking about; unlike Kinkos up the road where they teenage employees cause turnover and provide newby misinformation. I would go here even if they cost more....which they don't. more
