Friendly and Courteous 10/10/2011

The office employees were very friendly and courteous. The bed was a little old, but got the job done; room mates were cool. The common areas were very well maintained, but really warm, also in the room. I wouldn't mind staying here again though, good value for the stay. more

Clear my head and Relax 10/7/2011

I work in Vegas, so if you know that place, you know you need a vacation from there. My favorite spot to go and get away is Hawaii, and I absolutely love staying at Plumeria. It's not your lavish hotel, but the management and the people make up for the lavishness! It's my place to go to clear my head and relax. Thank you! more

Excellent 10/5/2011

I very much appreciated the late check out, and the room was lovely to arrive to. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't really interact with any of the other guest, but everyone seemed friendly, always exchanging smiles at least. Also, Plumeria's management is Excellent, very courteous and always willing to help with anything. more

Home Away from Home 10/4/2011

I appreciate that the management was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine. I wish there was a hamper in the room. Another thing I appreciated was that it was like a home away from home. more

The Plumeria was a good place to stay while I was there, no problems or complaints. All the community areas were clean. The staff shows that they really value their tenants. I would recommend this place to a friend. more

Wouldn't mind another stay 10/3/2011

I appreciated that Management services were available by phone after the office was closed. The room was good, but the bed was a little stiff. Community areas were clean for the most part. All the guests were nice and friendly, as well as the staff. I wouldn't mind coming back here for another stay. more

Short Terms Stay Recommended 9/12/2011

The management was ok, but office was too limited. The ventilators in the room were useless, so it remained too hot, but the room was spacious. The community areas seemed a bit old. At night it's noisy. I recommend this place only for short term stays. more

Wouldn't stay anywhere else 9/7/2011

Whenever I go to Hawaii, I stay at the Plumeria Hostel, and I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else either. The atmosphere and the comfort level, is exactly what I look for when I go on vacation. The people are also so friendly, and always willing to help with whatever you need, makes the stay that much more better. more

I had a wonderful stay the Plumeria Hostel. Everyone and Everything was so accommodating. They definitely have the Aloha feeling there. I can't wait to be back there. more

Enjoyed My Stay 8/24/2011

Management is very accommodating at all hours, day and night, which is good for customers and business. The room was comfortable, secure, and I loved the ambient city sounds. I enjoyed myself, thank you for providing a space that welcomes opportunity to meet a variety of people. I really appreciated my whole stay thanks to the Plumeria Hostel. more

Better Than Expected 8/17/2011

Fast and easy, the personnel is really nice and at your service when you need it. The bed was comfortable and the room had a fan, dresser, everything you need. I lived in a dorm which meant only sharing room with one other person which was better than expected. Kitchen was pretty clean for it being communal. more

Great Price 8/12/2011

Everything was just fine for my needs, I was here on for a little while for work purposes and had to stay for 2 weeks. Most hotels would've cost me an arm and a leg but not here! I Didn't mind sharing a room as I packed very lightly and always had my laptop with me. more

I found the management to be in-touch, friendly and responsive. The community area is perfect, sharing with other rooms means more space and resources than your typical hotel. more
