I have a friend that lives right next to this place and has used this place to do work on the souls of his shoes. I think that they cost more than the one that I used in Lincoln Park (this area is not Lincoln Park... it is Lake View). If you are local and need the service then my friend is very happy with them. more

I visited when they were doing construction, with hopes of finding my next new apartment. I am impressed with the gut rehabs. They've got very modern new clean looking apartments, with fabulous kitchens. I found the living space to be a little too congested for the price, and opted to go with a different company. more

This building is one of three in a block radius of each other that is owned by BJB. The majority of the units that they have here are all complete gut rehabs. Every thing is new. This building is one of the exceptions, because they left some of the original apartments alone. They did small modifications, but left the old wood floors and appliances. There are a few front facing units that have sun rooms. If you can get them then sign up. more
