Best Spa Ever 3/11/2008

Pia is a great spa! They handle all of their transactions in a very professional manner. The staff is not only friendly, but helpful as well. Even though there was an issue with my appointment, they quickly accomodated me, and really tried to investigate the reason the appointment issue occured. They never questioned me, and rectified the issue with true concern and professionalism! The service was great, my appointment was efficient, and I was thoroughly satisfied with my results. I would highly recommend this establishment! more

Best Waxing 3/10/2008

This is the best place in the Tampa Bay area for waxing of any kind. I tried multiple other spas/salons and no one compared. The owner- Pia is incredibly accomadating and makes any experience relaxing and fun. more

I've been going to Pia's for several years and I must say, I love the customer service, attention to detail and sterilization provided with every service! It's easy to understand why her business has such a GREAT reputation in the Tampa Bay Area! Never worked so hard to be "pampered" 10/26/2007

The services are fabulous and never a disappointment ... that is, if they keep the appointment. I have been bumped and re-bumped numerous times, and once even confirmed, showed up, and was left to wait only to be told the (other) massage therapist "didn't know she had a client today". I keep going back because my usual massage therapist is THE best, but they just don't seem to be able to run the business professionally. Pia is wonderful and Orit is 5++ stars, but the receptionists bring it down to barely a 3. They're well worth it if you're extremely patient and flexible (but don't expect the same courtesy from them). more

High prices stiff service 9/1/2007

I have been the salon a few time and each experience is different. This last time was my last. the girls who worked on me were stiff and short, and not even the receptionist was friendly. Left feeling bad. Pros: its a convenient location and cute salon Cons: It is too expensive and there are alot of cute salons more

Great Spa Pedicure 7/30/2007

I came here with my girlfriend to have a spa pedicure. I had Emmy, she takes great care of you and always has a smile on her face. My girlfriend and I were both impressed. This was my first time for a spa pedicure, but I would have to say after this experience it probably will not be my last. Go see emmy! Pros: friendly staff Cons: parking space more

I have been going to Pia's for waxing for well over a year. Every experience has been very professional and pleasant. I was nervous the first time I had a Brazilian wax, but they made me feel very comfortable and I have been back many times since. I even drive from Brooksville to Tampa and now have 2 friends who began getting waxed, and love her place as much as I do. My only complaint is that I wish it was closer, but it's well worth it to go there. more

Best Waxing Place 7/2/2007

I had my first bikini wax ever at this place. I was very nervous was even late to my appointment due to unforseen circumstances and they were so accomodating and the atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting. I had the "Hollywood Wax" and I loved it. I will definitely be going back. I would recommend this place to all women. more

Fantastic experience in a warm and friendly environment! 6/29/2007

If you are looking for a waxing experience in an exceptional environment...then Pia's is the destination for you! Not only was it a professional and skilled job....it was a my first visit to Pia's, so I was unsure of what to expect....Taking my daughter's advice, I accepted the lovely glass of wine and assended the vintage staircase to the freshly painted room overlooking Bay to Bay Blvd. Pia was not only informative and had a way of making me feel at ease... she was humorous and fun to get to know. Within my 40 minute stay, I felt as if I had aquired a new daughter and friend! Thanks Pia....you are without a doubt, an asset to this community! Pros: The entire experience gets a thumbs up! more

The best wax services in Tampa Bay 6/25/2007

Going to Pia Salon is always a pleasure. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted with professional and friendly service. I moved to South Tampa from New York City and have tried other salon for waxing and was never satisfied until I went to Pia. I can say that their services are just as good or better the the top salons in New York. Pros: Atmosphere, Service, Friendly and Professional Cons: None more

I've had facials before, but had my first microderm at Pia's and I am extremely pleased. My skin is radiant and my blemishes are noticably lighter. The staff are very courteous and professional, and the atmosphere is soothing. Ana made me feel very comfortable and was responsive to my needs. No pressure to buy anything, but what I did get is working out really well! I will be a regular. Pros: convenient location & hours more
