I have been going to Pia's for waxing for well over a year. Every experience has been very professional and pleasant. I was nervous the first time I had a Brazilian wax, but they made me feel very comfortable and I have been back many times since. I even drive from Brooksville to Tampa and now have 2 friends who began getting waxed, and love her place as much as I do. My only complaint is that I wish it was closer, but it's well worth it to go there.
