Pia is a great spa! They handle all of their transactions in a very professional manner. The staff is not only friendly, but helpful as well. Even though there was an issue with my appointment, they quickly accomodated me, and really tried to investigate the reason the appointment issue occured. They never questioned me, and rectified the issue with true concern and professionalism! The service was great, my appointment was efficient, and I was thoroughly satisfied with my results. I would highly recommend this establishment!
