I hired Phoenix Contracting Services to build the shell of my guest house. I must admit, their work was 1st rate. Their employees were courteous and professional. They were the only subcontractor who actually took pride in their work as well as their performance. As I am not a builder, they made their part of my guest house construction enjoyable. Building I have found to be frustrating and if you are not a seasoned professional, you will need subcontractors like Phoenix to guide you through the process. more
