I've brought my cat there for the Lion Cut. She had it for a few summers. Last summer, they never called to tell me that she was ready to be picked up. finallty I called them and they said, oh yeah, she;s ready.\r
When I picked her up, they had her in her carrier under the desk and she had a bowel movement, which shows me that she had been sitting there for a long time... no one bothered to call... she's JUST a cat!\r
This year, I found everyone there from the girl behind the front desk, right on back to the groomers to be rude and nasty. The cut was awful, I heard her crying from the otherside, The groomer comes out and just shoved her into her cage and said ""she's difficult"". Yeah well, she;s a cat, she;s scared, she;s old and has a heart condition.\r
Never ever again, will I bring her back there. I didnt like the blond groomer at all. She had a real attitude problem. Maybe she shouldn't be in this business where she's handling other peoples pets\r
