Only when one of my friends told me about O?Connor?s services then I realized that I had been paying a higher tax. Utilizing their services last year resulted in a considerable tax reduction for me. Planning to hire them for this year too. more

My federal tax liability increased steadily, until I contacted O?Connor & Associates. Now, I?m saving money too, by not paying too much tax. Thanks to O?Connor ? for getting a tax reduction for me! more

Remembered for good service. 2/22/2011

I hired O'Connor & Associates to help reduce my federal income taxes. Their cost segregation product is great. I don't know why my CPA had not recommended it before. They appealed the property tax assessment for my warehouse building. The Dallas County Appraisal District did not reduce the value at all in the initial value. O'Connor got a good reduction and the fee was only a part of the savings. more

O'Connor did a commercial appraisal for me. The fee was in the middle of the range of bids (all of which seemed high to me). However, the report was on-time and professional. more

O'Connor is great! I was skeptical of their offer to reduce my property taxes. However, I signed up in 2010, and they did get a reduction for me. It was not as much as I had hoped for, but it was easy and painless. more

Laudable Service 2/15/2011

My neighbor told me about O'Connor and their property tax appeals. It seemed incredible. They protest and only charge a part of the savings? Nonetheless, I hired them and they got a decent reduction for me. I had never protested before. Let's see what they do next year. more

Got a reduction 2/2/2011

I moved to Texas from California. The home prices are much lower but the property taxes are much higher! That still did not make sense. Anyway, after I got over the shock of how high Texas property taxes are, I hired O'Connor. They have been appealing for me every year for 12 years, and got a reduction most of the time. No muss, no fuss, and I only pay when they perform. more

You Will Be Sorry 1/14/2011

Their disorganization and poor commmunication will cost you. I submitted the signed paperwork and received an acknowledgement well in advance of the appeal deadline. They later pulled my protest right before the hearing without telling me (evidently poor back-office communication). My tax appeal never happened and Im paying higher taxes. The Better Business Bureau rates them as a F (their worst possible rating). Reportedly under investigation by Texas Attorney General as reported by ABC news channel in Houston in 5/10/09 - outcome pending/unknown. more

Horrible company total disaster!! 3/11/2008

i will never recommend this company, they never return phone calls, did a very poor job representing me. Cons: poor customer service, college interns representing you, never call you back more
