Their disorganization and poor commmunication will cost you. I submitted the signed paperwork and received an acknowledgement well in advance of the appeal deadline. They later pulled my protest right before the hearing without telling me (evidently poor back-office communication). My tax appeal never happened and Im paying higher taxes. The Better Business Bureau rates them as a F (their worst possible rating). Reportedly under investigation by Texas Attorney General as reported by ABC news channel in Houston in 5/10/09 - outcome pending/unknown.
