I hired O'Connor & Associates to help reduce my federal income taxes. Their cost segregation product is great. I don't know why my CPA had not recommended it before. They appealed the property tax assessment for my warehouse building. The Dallas County Appraisal District did not reduce the value at all in the initial value. O'Connor got a good reduction and the fee was only a part of the savings.
