I went in for a consultation, and as I walked into the office, the small waiting room was packed and there was no place for me to sit. Not a good sign. I sat there and saw one person after another get called in, and I kept waiting. Guess I wasn't high on their list since I was in for a consultation, but that's surely not a good way to attract new patients. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting, and getting late to get back to work. I finally had it and told the receptionist that I'm leaving, and she didn't even bother apologe for totally wasting 2 hours of my time! Not her fault, except maybe for overbooking, but it is her job. The doctors there are amazing. I felt no pain during or after the work I had done. I did feel the some the front desk people could be better. They lost my paper work at one point, but the dotors really cared about how my teeth looked. Pros: good doctors, clean rooms, painless Cons: weak frontdesk more
