I went in for a consultation, and as I walked into the office, the small waiting room was packed and there was no place for me to sit. Not a good sign. I sat there and saw one person after another get called in, and I kept waiting. Guess I wasn't high on their list since I was in for a consultation, but that's surely not a good way to attract new patients. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting, and getting late to get back to work. I finally had it and told the receptionist that I'm leaving, and she didn't even bother apologe for totally wasting 2 hours of my time! Not her fault, except maybe for overbooking, but it is her job. If that's the way they do business, I definitely don't want to go there.\r
